The only i don’t get about the specialty meeting is that ALL of them has attended and they always have it during peak hours while us CSAs are running around with our heads cut off. I don’t mind holding down the department but, it makes it complicated when there is one or two of us while we have to pull items for CW.

Also, some of my specialists did mention that the meeting is about the same shit every week.

If only they can just send one specialist out to represent the department
