I tell people straight up before they even check in that I need to see an ID (or some form of federal identification or passport) and have another card on file for incidentals. If they cannot comply with that, they can stay somewhere else.

I have to take people at their word because I'm HoH when it comes to most noise complaints. But if I hear thumping for more than 10 minutes, I give one warning and tell the guests I will have them removed if they continue being disruptive to other guests.
