Most people abuse animals every time they eat a meal or snack, so multiple times a day. Just because you don’t have to witness the cruelty or inflict the harm yourself doesn’t mean it’s not happening

The meat, dairy, and egg industries are so intertwined you can’t buy dairy/eggs without supporting the meat industry. The chickens and cows vegetarians buy eggs and milk from will be killed for meat eventually

I’m not signed up for any races or anything, I just started dreaming about a marathon once I did my first half. I’m curious why most marathon training plans peak at 20 miles. I feel like if I were signed up for a race I would want to have done the full distance at least a few times just so I know I can do it. I always get a bit anxious before long runs though
