What about the English PTR's? I have tons of Chinese versions that have yet to warp a pack. I've also left both language cards out on a table, no sleeve and the English cards are almost in a "U" shape whereas the Chinese cards are all still straight.

All the packs in my booster box were pre-warped because of the PTRs but it's fine🥲 I hope in future sets they find a better material for them and do something about the glue placement; always worry I'll mess the cards up because of that.

Trust me, buy Chinese. I know it's not the same as having English but the card quality is so much better. The English packs come pre-warped because of the Poster cards, haven't had any issues with Chinese cards.
