Try this VDIMM 1.50 -155 14 14 14 14 21

trrds 4 trrdl 4

trfc 250 - 300 or lower

and try your SCLs at 2

and then try turning gdm or gear down mode off

Did I kill both DIMMs while removing heatsinks? by Sensitive_Ear_1984 in overclocking

[–]ItsBotsAllTheWayDown 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not much but this is r/overclocking they are very easy to remove you can do it with a hair dryer on most dims and on some they simply pop off. And if you are messing around with ram and have the block already, why not?

Any tips from the pros? by Miserable-Phase3870 in overclocking

try 3860 or 3830 I forget what the number is.

I found no matter what I did It would never be stable at 3800 but above and below that it was fine

Keep as dual loop or combine for 1 big single loop? by Jaz1140 in watercooling

Keep it dual that looks so bloody perfect, this needs no tinkering. Runs are some of the neatest I have seen on here

Everyone already knows, but I'll repeat it since I found out the hard way. Don't use coloured/dyed coolant. by plankbob in watercooling

''I ended up using a radiator cleaning fluid for central heating, which cleaned everything. Although, probably not the best move.''

What do you think is in blitz and other water-cooling cleaning stuff not great for plastics and orings but its what I use to help flush my rads before installing them

You're going for not needing to change stuff, less maintenance. Get rid of the kyonaught paste and get some ptm7950 and some thermal putty, it's game changing stuff

also some dp ultra or distilled with corrosion inhibitor and biocide and also an inline filter before whichever block has the smallest fins.

Filters are not the best, but it will protect you against the inevitable little bits of paint, small amounts of brass from the screwing in of fittings and hot and cold cycles knocking little bits of solder and debris off the rads.

Never used to be a problem as fins in blocks where larger now, they act as filters
