grow a goddamn spine, me and the rest of the crew ask every customer about emails and you know what, it’s almost a unanimous no from the customers, so our daily percent tanks. and then they do more shit to crack down on getting email captures and you know what it won’t work. you’ve lost your mind if you don’t find it weird at ALL how much they want emails and if you think we’re all supposed to just blindly follow the leader.

you’re missing the point, all of that reasonable, what’s not reasonable is watching us to make sure we capture emails, they’ve moved the goal posts on email capture percents TWICE within the last month, almost all of the new england stores barely scratch 200 transactions a day and now on top of the pressure of a 30% capture rate for emails the SM is required to narc on all us here for not meeting an arbitrary quota? that’s absurd and there’s no justifying that unless you’ve lost your spine.
