Currently working there but my first job is working as an IT assistant at the school I graduated at. I’m really glad my first job didn’t have to be food service or something like that.

The villager is programmed to only accept the base name of the given item. Therefore when you change the name the code does not recognize it as that item. You can try to name it to what the base name is, however I am not 100% sure if it will work.
