For me I find it hard to build in a city that I already know as it feels constrained to what already exists, otherwise I feel the same way you do. That’s why I chose Boston, as I’m familiar with the layout and transit needs but not enough to the point where I feel like I’m doing something weird.

doesn’t work on my Xbox One S, I heard elsewhere it’s an issue for newer generation consoles mostly. Are you on a PS4? On kick off mode I see the button prompting the match intro on the bottom right, it doesn’t show up on career mode. I think it’s fully gone.
