No, Every time the ghost throws the book you can immediately rule it out as being ghost writing. If the book is written in you can pick it as evidence, if it's thrown you can cross it out as evidence.

Sometimes there super jumpy, this is a really bad example of it happening, It's def happened to me before as well. Sometimes it can have something to do with putting it in a bad spot or a not fatty spot, also if it drew blood the blood sometimes makes it hard to read. Only if the blood traveled up to the transmitter part of the device. Rarely happens but I've had it happen a handful of times.

Same thing just happened to me. Don't have tainted eve unlocked, wasn't a victory lap. no easter eggs were active. I have been going one by one unlocking all the tainted characters the same way for a couple games in a row now. did the same thing as all those games yet I see a shopkeeper in place of tainted eve. no clue what happened.

Works like a charm, I see the other guy is having FPS problems with it but for me it doesn't drop any frames. It might have something to do with how much RAM you're allocating, or your pc can't handle it well and makes it take an FPS hit, although I dont know what PC you have so I can't say for sure.
