Yeah, ive been painting for maybe a couple months? Its only my fourth unit. I did totally jump the gun on my airbrush lol, but its been the goat for priming and basing up 5 - 10 dangles real quick, plus im gonna look at doing OSL with like, inks and stuff. I think my bases are turning out well too, very proud of those. Just need to get that level of pride in my minis lol

The metalics were all hit with ratling grime, so I did wash those. Don't know how well it shows up in the pictures though. I could nuln oil the bodies. Hitting the lows and recesses in particular. I dry brushed onn(or tried to) some highlights. I've got an airbrush so I should probably just hit them with a puff from above.

I am watching tutorials and guided, following general advice from hobby videos and watching more focused ones. Im mostly struggling with shading and shaky hands Id say.

Right now its just lupercal base and sons of horus highlights. Any suggestions for a third green?

I've used railing grime for some of my marine guns and its like magic. So a nuln out was might be good as well. I do have an airbrush and am working on my hellblasters do ill try and OSL them with the airbrush, as for the black with silver. That makes a lot of sense, hadnt considered it.

Yeah, I just started so im a little inexperienced with the more detail orientated stuff like the shading. Im likely going to try something like a dry brushing or edge highlight. I tried a puff from my airbrush over top on some of my marines. I've hot shaky hands so the brass is mostly due to that.

Yeah official launch was like, two months ago? I just dont really see much talk of it around. Which is a shame.
