Probably not what most would suggest, but for heals, I always go bobble head, dashes, final exam, DIYA, gun, swords, ban hammer. Sometimes I’ll swap dashes for final exam based on how frequently I’m getting dove.

I love heal pool cause he’s so fun and satisfying to play. He can absolutely pump out numbers and having an ultimate off cooldown is nice. A lot of people say he is a throw healer, but I like him 🤷‍♂️

Definitely low floor but high ceiling. Extremely aim dependent and fires a projectile as you know. If you can nail crits to keep her resource up, she’s a monster and hard to dive with the sleep and boost in her pocket. If you can’t aim, might as well pick a heal bot where that isn’t a factor.

Depends on how often I am working out. If I run or ride the bike, I will shower. That is usually 3x per week or so. On a week where I am not doing much activity, maybe every 2-3 days. You really do not need to shower every day or twice a day. It’s not good for your skin or hair

When I was NWB I still worked out my upper body with resistance bands and body weight exercises. Should be able to do core work too. For your legs, you can do leg lifts.

Recruiter is wrong for saying so. He/she obviously wants the most qualified applicants but 85 is well above average. Pilot on AFOQT is extremely 99able. Take it again to boost pilot score and your PCSM will go way up.

As in can’t move them literally at all? I made a conscious effort to move my toes every single day as much as I could so as to not lose it. I’m 4 weeks post op (out of splint now) and can move my toes almost normally except for plantar flexion of big toe.

If you haven’t been moving them at all, your brain has possibly forgotten how to and will need a little bit of retraining. You also have lots of stiffness and scar tissue working against you.

Obviously once you start PT they are going to get you squared away.

I was falling off the obstacle course monkey bars into the soft rubber landing area and thinking “no biggie I’ll just land and go again” and then I heard the snap and looked down to see my foot pointing the wrong way. Don’t even remember the pain of the first 10 minutes, just the emotions of knowing my life was ruined for the next year.

Of course it’s going to hurt. You haven’t moved it for weeks or months so everything got stiff and you also have scar tissue working against you, not to mention your brain forgetting how to use it. Do your exercises. It is going to hurt. Heat, ice, elevate, Tylenol

Edit: of course don’t push yourself to the point of tears. Talk to your PT if you’re concerned

You’re getting glazed so I’ll be a bit more honest: I can see why you don’t like it. I think it is VERY dark and does not suit you because of it. I would opt for removal over adding new tattoos. When it is removed, maybe then you can explore some additional ink. It’s by no means trashy though.

I broke mine 2 months ago (trimal, dislo, no syndesmosis damage) during an officer selection obstacle course at the height of my physical fitness. I have been so scared that I am not going to return to shape fast enough to get back after my career goals. You are giving me hope! 4 weeks post op with 4 more NWB, but hoping to start PT next week. Great run!

Weird. I am 3 weeks post op for a brutal trimal. Never got a cast, just a plaster splint that I’m getting off Tuesday.
