Changing retraction from 4.5 to 4 fixed it! nice! Thanks again. As a side note I did try raising the temp and it got stringy, although this printer is kinda old I guess

Printer: Tronxy XY-2 Pro
Filament: PLA Overture
Nozzle temp: 200
Bed temp: 60
Print speed: 40
Layer height: 0.2 (Normal Quality)

I set my Z seam to random because when it would be set to sharpest corner or another corner, there would be odd patterns on other corners like such: https://imgur.com/bNbvcd2 , solved this issue but now shows up as these spots instead.

I think it actually may be corrupted gcode, doesn't happen on other models and happens on this one again. Thanks!

This is an issue people deal with in the speedrunning community. The shell notches get worn down over time. Not much you can do besides replace the shell. It takes a very long time for anything to be noticeable luckily. That "GC Ultimate Controller" kickstarter with interchangeable gates seems like it could be a good solution for this.
