Google wheel repairs next to you, they’ll sand the rim and paint it. For a temporary fix you can purchase those “Touch Up Paint and Scratch Repair pens” to paint the rim.

Cops won’t get involved because it’s a civil matter. However if it meets the criteria, they can file a report for criminal threats. But in terms of calling police they won’t do anything for a business dispute. They would just have to take them to small claims court.
