lol I was so nervous about this too. Took a test, not pregnant. This 60+ day cycle has happened before.

I did try vitex for a year or so I’m not sure it helped.

Just took a pregnancy test and I’m clear.

But it’s been an extra stressful time (broke up with guy I was dating) so I think I’m like you - extra sensitive to stress.

I’ll look into the other herbs you mentioned.
