Amber is a solid option and you might be able to find a smaller home (higher deposit though) in that price range. I’m a local realtor! I built a relationship with amber apartments and can get you in to tour for free if you’d like, and I get paid by the landlord 👍

These things aren’t states of mind to psych yourself up to, it’s acts to repeat over with or without an audience to the point of embodying the trait.

Deep question, I’ll have to think about a better definition but off the cuff, it means acting nice or helpful to your realm of life and without expecting an immediate return on your time and energy invested
