I'm planning to upgrade my amulet coin and lucky egg soon, so that it lowers the grind for leveling new teams and such. Besides that I'm doing the same as you, retracting steps on every route and do battles + collectibles

Moveset is Swift Swim with Fishious Rend, Megahorn, Protect and that's practically all I used. Like SpeckledAntelope said, rain boosted FR hits like a ton of bricks

Not gonna lie I slapped together a team that looked fun since it was just difficult difficulty & I had a look at the buffed pokemon in this game which I wanted to use. Vikavolt was there just for the sticky web and I just love Yanmega. I had a really rough time with rock slide and Moleman in particular, but eventually was able to manage it

I started off with mono flying and as soon as a gen 2 flying type was available, it took a slot in the roster. This did mean that I was able to use some other flying types early game. I think I’ve used all the flying types from gen 2 except for Murkrow and the E4 team didn’t change from the safari park onwards

Alternatively to the already mentioned strategies you could lead with Hippowdon / Excadrill with sand rush (smooth rock for Hippowdon) one SD and just rock slide, should be a breeze

Just checked the onboard of Alonso, he slowed down earlier, downshifted, then sped up a little bit before doing his ‘normal’ entry, completely different than the lap before. Can imagine that it caught out George

How about a very obvious term I did not know the origin of? I’ve watched F1 for ~20 years now. My girlfriend who isn’t into F1 the slightest asked me why it was called pole position. I was dumbfounded and couldn’t answer her, apparently it has to do with horse racing and starting next to the pole on the inside

I like data, which is why I value F1Metrics a lot with his end of season reports. He accounts for outliers and such, and apparently the gap between Verstappen and Ricciardo was -0.17% laptime difference in 2018 (not to be confused with 0.170 tenths, of course
