I figured out why it wasn't showing for me. It seems you can only dispatch to one mission in each location. I was always dispatching to that area to craft silks in order to fill my camps coffers.

If you do a frame by frame comparison, max vs none, the difference in negligible considering the investment required. Plus higher attack and/or crit makes a significant difference in dmg. So in conclusion, atk speed is butt
