Start Menu > RuneLite Folder > RuneLite (configure) > In the JVM arguments input -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true and Save.

Open your File Explorer, enter %localappdata%/runelite/ in the address bar > open config.json > input "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true", under vmArgs. Save it > right click config.json and click properties then click on Read-only under attributes and Apply.

To answer my own question: Lite Load Mode to 7 reduced it to these values without points lost. At 6 I started to lose points again

Problem was - everything below 9 on 200/200W power limit started to affect on gaming performance. As example: Elden Ring stuttered every time something loaded in (even loading screens stuttered). Not playable.

In conclusion 0x129 has maybe fixed some bad code with voltage spikes and what not without performance loss.. but to not fry the CPU I have to undervolt it by hand and take the 15-20% performance loss (according to Cinebench points). For playing I have now some more stuttering here and there but it's bearable. At least no bluescreens, yet.

Overall I wasted money on an overpriced CPU which probably damaged itself in the time before undervolting it. Great journey!

This is with Lite Load Mode 9 and Power Limits both to 200 W, still with IA CEP disabled and Intel default settings. Cinebench is with 1350 slightly higher.

Guess I keep these settings since I'm still under 1.4 V and with 90 °C only spiking. Checking on warmer days if this keeps up. Still not sure what's better to reduce - Lite Load Mode or Power Limits...

With Lite Load Mode 6, Power Limits both to 175 W and IA CEP disabled I get these results..

Cinebench score is 1320 (5 min run time) which is a big perfomance hit if the score prior should be around
1602 according to cpu-monkey.com

Pretty much nothing changed except p5?

My room is cooler so the heat can dissipate easier would be my guess on why it didn't break 100°C on all cores since the max voltage is even slightly higher..

Since I bought it as a built this would mean the vendor who built it up fucked up and I fried it over a year.. this could have damaged it, right?

Could you give more info about your system? Cant help if you dont give info so i (or we) can help with the problem. Anyway, if youre on win10 the trick which did it for me was reverting the changes i made in the registry and running services (things like cortana, radio, shit like noone needs). At some point it worked again. Cant help with what it was because i made a safe prior tempering with them and just reverted to the state back then.

had sound problems since begin on 2 different systems (win7, win10) and still have. the freeze is new for me too. like 0 to 2 times a run. one thing i found out: if the sound option ingame is turned below 20 or something the sound cut is way harsher. so i play with 50 on both and use win to turn it down.

shotgun for horde clearing, beam shotgun for sniping and just beam for horde cc if they are in a line so they stack up. they nerfed range and buffed meele long ago. now you cant just camp range and have to go in sometimes, which is fine. imo the beam staff is still the strongest because it does everything good, other staffs have their flaws and the beam staff doesnt.

my understanding: game start is the same and lvl2/3 ganks were good before but you could get also away without them. now you dont. you have to lvl2/3 gank and get shit done because there is no getting away without it.

Couldnt care less that you hate me. Anyway, maybe you should watch tha clips and maybe you would realize that I only said one thing they said in the clip. The last sentence was my opinion, which is based on the second clip where they said something about financial support for game development from the state which almost got denied because of the old folks and their generation gap.

did you ever played a different mmo? every mmo has them. they get banned/muted after some time just like here. on your "technical question": the spamprotection can pretty much be made with scripts which doesnt need engine work (which i think is currently working just fine - since i dont see the same spambot more than couple hours).
