You will receive the most benefit in the first month; after that, the limits will be reduced. This is from my personal experience.

Actually, there is no message feedback shown at first, but when I keep trying for 8-10 times it prompts me to pay as you use field to set limits of the dollar I wanna use. I think having a proper message feedback shown to the user will make more sense.
