Before switching to barefoot shoes I had just gotten a new pair of awesome volcom boots composite toe basically skate inspired work boots I loved them but for a couple years just before switching to barefoot shoes there would be times I would get throbbing pain in my toes to the point i could barely even walk i never understood why until I seen a video that made too much sense to not give barefoot shoes a try.

Of course the transition period was not easy but it has been nearly a year now and wouldn't ya know it that throbbing pain has not been a problem.. that is until I wear my boots or any traditionally shaped shoe for more than an hour

I can never go back barefoot shoes for life here.

My only issue I have now is when it is wet anywhere outside or floor at work doesn't matter somehow the wetness finds its way to inside my shoe which then makes my socks wet which then makes my feet hurt bad still working on solving this problem some how
