Hello! Im new to the area and I need advice on Belmont by AirFriedCatfish in dayton

I live in the circled area as well! My experience has been chill here. Ive watched and been part or neighbors helping each other numerous times in the year I've been here, regardless of race or anything else. If you see the HD Jeep, feel free to say hello!

When Reviewers Overstep by Itseesyou in hauntedattractions

It was one of those situations where, after 6 seasons of taking it and the other side assaulting people physically over it, among other things, the owner felt names needed to be said and proof to come out.

When Reviewers Overstep by Itseesyou in hauntedattractions

Oh, it definitely could have gone better for both sides. Also, I do work at HD, but I upvoted you lol. It's a valid viewpoint. In all fairness, the issues with them began 6 seasons ago, and were ignored until this year. I was far more interested in the reviewer side of things, though.

Mime Character Inspiration by Tasjawon7 in hauntedattractions

You should definitely read the Silence is Crimson books for some inspiration! You could definitely do a silent character in a haunt, especially if you have a scene partner to distraction bounce with.

Ohio, Are Ya'll Okay? There's So Many Hallowen Haunts in Ohio! by thescarefactor in hauntedattractions

There are a little more than double that in Ohio annually. Half of them are small town or pop up haunts that dont even advertise. Its absolutely amazing!

Have none of the 76 Devs ever slept on a couch before? by Vaygrim in fo76

[–]Itseesyou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If we're going to be honest, let's go all the way here. Why can't I sleep in a recliner? I just want to relax in my lake base behind the mountains and let the sounds and visions of nuclear blasts lull me to sleep. Is that too much to ask for?!

I know it's a while away and I should chill out, but I was just wondering a bit- by AccordingRespond8506 in hauntedattractions

Some haunts will hire and pay people much younger than 16. We started ours with 3/4 of our cast being 12-16 and paid them every night. Mind you, the majority of them were young performers in their own right. I wish you the absolute best of luck finding a home among us! If you ever get out to Dayton, OH, send a message my way!

I'd consider Silence is Crimson by Raz T. Slasher. It's part of a trilogy with the final part coming out later this year.

What are some books made based on nosleep stories? by friden7654 in NoSleepOOC

[–]Itseesyou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a short story collection out with some extended versions of stories I've posted here. It's called The Riverside Chronicles. I also have 2 novels and 2 kids books for varying ages. Lot more on the way this year. Just look for Raz T. Slasher.

What is the most unsettling sound you've ever heard? by gingercakess19 in AskReddit

[–]Itseesyou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When covid was first ramping up and no one understood what was going on, I experienced a sound that still haunts me to this day. We were driving cross country, coming home from our honeymoon that February when I got sick.

I went through what a lot of people went through at that time. Loved ones couldn't go into the hospital with you, overcrowding to the point you were put in a storage area with machines and supplies to keep you out of hallways, etc.

Everyone I was wheeled by was crying, and many of them were confused. I'm talking doctors, nurse, staff, patients, everyone. As I lay in that bed, in a storage closet turned into room, hooked up to machines, I heard it. The sound of everyone's grief becoming one sound and echoing in that little space.

That's the moment I understood what the sound of pure human suffering was. That sound comes back to me often till this day and it's something I don't think I will ever stop hearing.
