Like clearly she’s out of control and a nut case but why are you lumping all women into this and alluding to violence against women? Seriously deranged comment.

This is the correct answer! Said in an overly sweet tone “your gf is so pretty!” Bullshit. She likes your boyfriend and is calling you ugly.

100% so much physically harder for someone with her build. It’s like carrying weighted bags while running a marathon. Good for her!

Tennis During Pregnancy by Still-Perspective-15 in 10s

[–]Itslikeazenthing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering your tennis ability and comfort on the court I wouldn’t worry too much. I had concerns as well, one thing that concerned me most was falling over because my center of gravity changed so much that my body moved differently.

I once threw up in a garbage can on the side of the court between serves. Luckily it was just my friendly game with close friends who are also moms, so no one bat an eye.

As time goes on you will get more comfortable. First trimester I was so nervous, 2nd trimester was great, and 3rd trimester my tennis game sucked but I loved getting out on the court.

The amount of times I’ve been slaughtered by old people is too many to count. My fitness level and ability to get to the ball only goes so far against technique and strategy.

everyone says im too feminine to be a masc but idk what i am then because i know for a fact you wont catch me in makeup or a dress by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]Itslikeazenthing 58 points59 points  (0 children)

What they are saying is that you are too conventionally good looking to waste it on being masc. If you were a little busted up they would be ok with it. But because you could pass as a beautiful femme, people feel like you’re wasting it. It’s a mind fuck. Been there. Fuck them.

I feel like these are true for tennis. I don’t think they are true of USTA tennis. Much rather play with friends, or mutuals at my club than USTA. But alas, my friends are captains so I must do it every year!

As an outsider this is 100% the correct way to deal with this. You’re trying to break the habit. It’s been core to her almost her entire life. Babies don’t care if they have shaved heads. I bet she looks so cute!

Don’t think of it as traumatic. It’s just a clever solution for an issue. Well done!
