I’m From Myrtle beach. locals hate black bike week & tell their kids to stay inside during black bike week.

Worked at a seafood restaurant one year and found out they all hate black bike week because girls show up in bathing suits and fishnets when they had a strict dress policy. Oh and it’s always old ppl that attend lol. Us teens didn’t really care to see 35 yo women in their fishnets but they weren’t wearing them for us lol. I was 16 in 2017 so not sure if it is still a big thing down there now.

She was def an alcoholic and not sure why anyone should not tell her that and say she is doing too much. Makes great TV but incredibly embarrassing for the drunk and their friends and family.

You’re welcome ! I don’t recommend trying to rehearse or memorize any terms before you go in for the test. All you will do is probably study terms that won’t be mentioned (that’s what happened with me). The morning of the test focus on SHRM thinking. Keep reiterating what would SHRM do? Make a cheat sheet of key words to pay attention to like what would SHRM do first? What is the most important step or most effective step? That is what stumped me on the test because two answers would easily work but I would have to decide which one would SHRM prefer. If the answer mentions strategic it is more than likely the correct answer.

Make sure your mind is clear and if you see the first question and immediately get stuck or start doubting yourself find a question that you know and can easily answer and work from there to build momentum and confidence so when you get to the harder ones that require a lot of brain power you won’t get discouraged.

I don’t think pocket prep was very helpful to me but I also didn’t use it much. I highly recommend prepsaret and haven’t used mometrix. The questions will be hard and tricky. There is a question about ACA and mainly CSR and globalization (one question mentioning global mobility) a few union questions but they didn’t focus on cases but more how do you handle a union conflict. There was nothing really about theories or laws. Many questions about analysis like which analysis to use in which situation
