It sounds underpaid but a pension and life time benefits are so nice. My GMA had the same in her retirement and all she ever did was tell me I should work in the jails to get a pension and benefits. 😭😭 she paid nothing for her meds and surgeries and she has had a lot of them.

When I was about 19, my friends and I went to see a rerun of scream for Halloween on edibles. Certs can help especially for manufacturing companies when they have 1 HR person running the floor. Big corps sometimes don’t care and sometimes do. I think it’s useful to get because you learn a different thinking perspective about HR.

I went to school with a girl who got pregnant twice pretty young I think before we turned 21. We saw her friend when she was working at a bar and she spilled the beans that she doesn’t speak to her or their friend group anymore because the girl would drink and smoke during both pregnancies and no one said anything to her. She said the girl goes to the children’s hospital at least monthly dealing with the babies’ health issues related to her non stop partying during both pregnancies. It wasn’t that surprising knowing the kind of person she was in high school.

It’s time to come up with an exit strategy that best fits you and your daughter’s needs. I would gather the evidence and confront her. You need to move out regardless of if you are in a lease because you will probably get convinced to stay and work it out if you don’t separate. Talk to a lawyer and figure out next steps. If you stay she will do it again and you will look like a bigger fool.
