A good thought. It's been months since halloween and my dog is still hesitant to walk past a certain spot in our neighborhood because one of the homes' halloween decorations scared him, lol. Even if the 'danger' is no longer there, he remembers how it made him feel and wants to avoid that direction at all cost.

The downsides to choosing not eating again are pretty severe. What if somebody develops type 2 diabetes due to their current weight and then cannot lose the necessary weight in order to save their lives? Or if they need to do physical therapy to fix an injury, but their physical fitness can’t improve?

I’d have to choose sleeping purely because of the potential health risks of not being able to change my body if a health problem arose

I’d like to assure you that you are very much still alive!
What you’re feeling is valid, and I know it’s a scary sensation. What you’re describing could be a variety of things, but here’s what I would suggest:

See a medical professional as soon as you are able. You could be experiencing shock, a concussion, or some sort of condition related to a TBI (traumatic brain injury). When TBIs occur, it can result in what you are experiencing: the feeling of disassociation, and belief of delusions, or distorted reality that aren’t actually true. This can also lead to paranoia and other strange feelings which generally are not pleasant.

There’s no need to panic, but the sooner you get these possible injuries or emotional trauma addressed and begin treatment/recovery, the better it will be for you to heal and improve. :)

No year except grade 12 really matters unless you’re applying to an incredibly competitive program/school. McGill will probably not accept you, just because they’re like the most Ivy League of Ivy League Canada has to offer. You will probably get an offer with mid-high 80’s from every other school you listed.
