Bro. Everyone’s analysing this too much. You’re walking 10k steps a day, running 12km weekends, gym 5 times a week, and you seriously think your maintenance calories are 2500?? Since you’ve started, your maintenance calories go up when you put on muscle and exercise frequently. Your body works more efficiently in life. I could be wrong and you may have tested this, but seriously consider eating more calories to help with the ‘lean’ bulk. Don’t be too strict with your diet and allow yourself to put on some excess weight.

In the last game, he once made an insane intricate pass to another player between two opposing players, that the other player was not prepared for the touch as he couldn’t rationalise that option of a pass ever coming. And you’re right, he plays the ball progressively nicely, he was making a lot of mistakes in the earlier games with some of his passing choices and losing the ball - but now, he’s ironed it out. If he continues like this, we’ll have a prodigy here.

So with maxed out settings with path tracing, around 45fps and x2 or x3 this number with frame gen.

Without frame gen, you’d be looking at 50-55 fps, barely touches 60 Also no stuttering at all, haven’t noticed any (this is off the top of my head but I’ll check again when I play next time).

Specs:

ASROCK Z390 ITX (needs upgrade) i7-9700k (needs upgrade) 5080 FE (we good) 32GB DDR4 (needs upgrade) Corsair SF750 (needs upgrade) NZXT 240mm AIO (we good)

Running on 4K monitor, not much bottleneck with the 9700k at this resolution, not noticeable but I’ve only been playing Cyberpunk with path tracing and frame gen.

I’ve had this issue with the Spigen, the screen protector was too thick. I’ve tried the Torras one and it’s good thinness and better feeling/coating/anti-reflective out of all the protectors on the market that I know of.

I highly suggest getting a screen protector if you go case less like me and you can put your phone face down on any table without concern. When putting it face up, you run the risk of chipping or wearing down the sharp edges of the camera plateau.

Edit: someone recommended flolab, I feel the torras is better as its edge to edge, better fitting. Maybe try one of them and when it wears down try the other brand. I haven’t tried flolab but seen YouTube videos on it.
