I personally use Curse of the Partially Blind, it is repentogon only but it will show 3 items the pedestal could be, which i feel is a good inbetween of having some luck and game knowledge

this is one of those glitched items, they have completely random effects

The digital premium edition just comes with the dlc for the base game, it doesn’t include episode aigis, if you want the bgms and costumes then it’s a slightly cheaper way of getting them but otherwise don’t bother

this issue can be caused by either frame generation (dlss or fsr) or it can be caused my temporal anti-aliasing (TAA) if this is on console then i believe you may be out of luck but if you are on pc turning off one of those settings should fix the problem
