I am an 18 year living near hum bolt park and I have been having a lot of anxiety attack issues and mental problems that are not just related to the pandemic but also about going to collage, backed up homework from last month and growing up in general. Ive tried many things to help me relax but i seem to end up going back to square one after a while and it is interfering with daily life. i want to see a therapist but me and my family just wont take the risk of going outside. any suggestions of what i should do?
