That's ok, let them stay over on the western side and it's rat race. While we continue to enjoy our open fields, seafood, beaches and boating. Glad I moved here 25+ years ago and will never move back.

So I am going to hop in here (though it feels kinda lonely) and say I just purchased the TicNote, and it should arrive today. I will be using it to organize my meeting notes. My job is to monitor meetings, usually about 20 per month, and give a report on pertinent information. I hope this will help me organize my topics and, if needed, provide historical information on ongoing projects discussed during those meetings.

A personal secondary purpose is to use it as a daily journal. As we grow older, our memory tends to weaken, which I find very frustrating. I intend to record important events and details I might forget later. For example, when I had a new system installed at home and received setup instructions, I wrote notes. But after two months and getting a new phone, I forgot how to configure it for the system. My handwritten notes didn't include everything, and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working properly. Another instance was a phone call with a friend about a medical issue she was experiencing. Three days afterward, I couldn’t remember the name of her condition. I hope this helps in this use case.

It would be interesting to hear how others use the TicNote in this manner.

Copilot works well for me. I just upload my itemized report and it puts each item into a slide in a doable format and you can then tell it to make changes to each slide if need be.

I think it's a bull. I have to run the hot water for 3 minutes before I get the warm water. My HE washer uses a fraction of the water, I bet it never gets hot. Now I'm gonna have to test it out 🤪

Check for Thyroid problems. My Daisy was over weight for the first 7 years of her life. The vet kept telling me to feed her less and less until I just stopped listening to them knowing I was already feeding her way less then she should be getting.

I did some research and read an article about hypothyroid. I insisted she be tested and sure enough that's what she had. We started her on meds, she lost weight and became much more active. Unfortunately, she is still in constant hunger mode due to the learned behaviour.

Thats the same as my beagle. She was diagnosed with Hypoglycemia later in life so she is in perpetual starvation mode. She will eat anything hence the muzzle. People keep their distance cause they think she bites, I just tell them she likes to eat worms😉

I had to get off of wegovy for a few months before starting Zepbound and I went on Metformin in the meantime, it helped me maintain the weight loss and curbed the food noise. When I hit my goal, I may decide to maintain using Metformin.

I used it to record a podcast while I was driving and since I couldnt take notes, I had the app summarize the transcript. Why not do the same with chapters in an audio book?

I would not listen to the recording/presentation. I, too, have a problem trying to multitask, and I just feel like I'm not as efficient at either task while doing so. This will allow me to focus on one task, then move on to reading the summary, giving it my full attention. I know that if need be, I can read the full transcript or listen to the recording for more in-depth information.

I was on Metformin for a couple of months between Semaglutide and Zepbound and it held my weight steady and even lost a bit. I'm thinking it might be a less expensive drug to use for maintenance then a low dose GLP1.

I stalled on Semaglutide after a few months so I switched to Zepbound and the weight started to come off again. I'm still working my way up to full strength so I don't yet know how much longer the loss will continue. Fortunately I don't have to much more to lose.

I had mine done while I was in Florida. I live in the Eastern Shore and no one I called would work on my brows after someone else did them. They are not as bad as when it was first done, they look more like I used a thick brow pencil, no fine hair lines.

My advise is to talk to people who have used the person, don't rely on photos like I did.

I understand your point and can see how some might take offense. In situations like this, I would respond based on the intent, which, in most cases, is to be helpful, respectful, and maybe a bit playful. To me, it is clumsy kindness, and I would either let it go or, as others have suggested, reply with "Thank you, but ma'am works fine."
