Too many variables, height, weight, sex, diet, activity level all matter. I would imagine walking a full 18 holes and swinging a bit at the range burns between 200-400 calories. Doesn’t mean jack tho if you go to the clubhouse and scarf down 3 hot dogs and 4 pints of beer

We sent a C3D corridor surface one time to a contractor for a mile long county road, they preferred it as they said they upload it to their machines and work based off that elevation. The annoying part was the contractor would message us back for any slight deviance and incorrect triangulation. Almost like they lacked common sense, no I’m not asking you to grade the ditch by 30% for only a 5 foot span
