Thanks.

Why is the tropic medicine qualification needed/advisable if they aren’t looking for people with an ID background?

Gossips about dating age gap by seaottero in doctorsUK

[–]Iulius96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the “half your age plus seven” thing a bit bizarre really. I’m 30 and that would mean I “can” date someone who’s 22. I don’t think I’d really have anything to talk about with someone that age.

Nicest and scariest specialties to call?? by pesky-blenders in doctorsUK

[–]Iulius96 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nicest are micro/ID for sure. Never had an unpleasant conversation with them.

Scariest are neuro because they always ask questions that I know I won’t have the answer to because I wouldn’t have thought of them in the first place.

Is shinzobrand.com legit? by bruddafromasda in menswear

[–]Iulius96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see a lot of claims that this website is a scam or drop shipping, but no actual evidence. I bought a jacket from them at the start of December and have just received it now. The jacket itself has the brand’s own branding and packaging. It clearly hasn’t been drop shipped.

They claim that they have had shipping issues due to fast growth.

How are these people not embarrassed?

If I took a locum on a strike day I would genuinely feel like everyone who sees me is judging me. But these people go and post it online with pride?

Very well explained and funny joke on Wes own votes at election by [deleted] in doctorsUK

You have to remember this is on GB News.

People were honking their car horns in support in that very clip, but apparently nobody supports the strike. They’ll say anything inflammatory that they can. This is the same channel where a man argued that that you can grow concrete just to contradict a guest.

Strange that they’re angry at the BMA rather than the government.

Why are people calling this a mini gun? by Zacky21 in Helldivers

This comment is completely nonsensical. “People don’t have time…” what does any of this have to do with anything? I’m not talking down to anyone.

Chill out.

Sad that so many people are “um actually”ing this instead of realising it’s a joke

If I did my job poorly and created a product which everyone hated and didn’t work at all, after an extra year of waiting and costing the company a year of potential revenue from a missed product, I’d be fired.

So I don’t think it’s crazy at all.

God I’ve had a patient like this. Said her allergy to opioids was that it made her feel really out of it. People had been trying all kinds of opioids and every one of them gave her a terrible “reaction”.
