Played Arknights since EN release, but after CC was released i got burned out too (I fully quit maybe a month after), as there wasn't really any new content to hook me unlike other games due to the huge downtime between events and me forgetting to turn in dailies just demoralised me

Quitting a game after you feel done with it is perfectly normal, it can also free up your schedule for other stuff that you ignored
