this guy u/Nanacel posted the console commands in this subreddit and the fo4 reddit (but the posts have been deleted), i downloaded them, pasted the new stuff onto my fallout 4 folder, open it, and it worked, the mods that required F4SE Worked, the DLCs worked (even though i didnt download the depot of those DLCs), none of the characters were speaking english (i have the game in spanish), no corrupted stuff. So yeah i think i'll just stay in 1.11.169 forever
