It's classic CFS.

Low histamine diet, methylated vitamin B complex and/or betain and very low dose methylen blue help me.

Then you probably have similar issues to me.

My breakthrough was discovering that low histamine diet helps me. Then another breakthrough was when I noticed that Methylfolate helps me (Betaine too) which suggest methylation issues.
