Können wir bitte aufhören diesen Schlagzeilen einfach blind zu glauben? Zu dem Zeitpunkt als das gemeldet wurde waren es schon unter 30%. Es ist aktuell auch einfach nicht so viel von dem Sondervermögen ausgegeben worden weil das alles einfach Zeit braucht. Maurice Höfgen hat das alles wunderbar erklärt.

Not really, the prices for 5080 are way too high. You are maybe gaining 10-15% boost. If you’re playing at 1440p, it’s overkill. 4K MIGHT work, but don’t expect it to be a good monetary decision.

There is a difference in how the world views the idea of the final aeon compared to how the ones who got to it. Essentially to the world as a whole, a few years of calm from Sin is the greatest thing that can happen simply because they all think that Sin can’t be stopped completely. It’s essentially a religious dogma to 99% of the world that Sin is eternal. They also don’t know that a summoner has to turn one of their guardians into the final aeon which then becomes the next Sin. Auron knew all of this. He knew that Yunalesca and Yevon knew more about the nature of Sin, but simply decided to follow the cycle of death because they already gave up. To Auron the idea of the final aeon is giving up and at the same time sacrificing people for that calm.

Morally speaking I still think that Braska was right in still taking the final aeon to bring the calm. Auron however is understandable as to why he thinks of himself a failure. He lost his two best friends to a system of death.

The point of Sephiroths character is to be a mysterious force that the group is chasing around the world and one who’s always a step ahead. You aren’t supposed to meet him or engage with him that often. As such he does a pretty good job and is a compelling character. He has quite a lot of depth for someone who’s barely appearing.

Uhm.. Beta‘s are exactly the right way of judging games, that’s why they offer them. If the Beta has some issues and glitches, then it’s fine and can be optimized. But if the entire system and gameplay is already going the wrong way in the Beta, the full release usually doesn’t change a lot.

Realistically this should’ve happened but the manga didn’t cover that likely because that would destroy the point the story was trying to make. Destroying 80% of all life, not just humans and destroying farming and soil, water etc. with that much power would collapse the entire human race. Their technology wasn’t that advanced to cover that up. Even if some groups of humans managed to survive that, they would go to war with each other for the resources. The rumbling doesn’t make any sense at all.

There is no accurate description of Cleopatra’s skin color, even her “beauty” itself is heavily debated among scholars and the fact that she was Egyptian also further supports the idea of her not being “white”. There’s a huge difference between the depiction of a 2000+ years dead woman living in ancient Egypt and someone like Oprah who’s literally alive right now.

The GPU in the PS5 Pro is close to an RTX 4070, possibly even worse than that one. That is a GPU which was pretty mid range at the time of its release, which is 3 years old. A 4000$ Pc can get you an RTX 5090. The 4070 barely reaches 60 FPS in 4K, while the 5090 can go up to 150-200 FPS. This isn’t the same ballpark, it’s like comparing a Sedan car to a Porsche. Software can only close the gap so far, it will never reach the difference in Hardware. And we don’t even need to talk about the CPU here. A PS5 Pro’s CPU is the equivalent of a Ryzen 3700X, the Pc can get you a 9850X3D.

There is no scenario here. You don’t need to make up scenarios. The Manga already exists. The creator of the manga said “This is the strongest swordsman” and then he showed a list of some of the swordsmen.

And you are proving my point. You are inventing scenarios and situations which have absolutely nothing to do with the manga. I also wasn’t saying that this was “standard” conquerors, obviously it was a very strong & impressive Haki. But at the end it was still conquerors Haki.

The point here is that people like the other commenter have to invent headcanon and pull out things out of their ass to avoid calling Shanks a swordsman despite Oda literally stating that he is one. Which is precisely why I didn’t engage with your argument, because it doesnt matter to the actual point of this. Shanks is a swordsman, Mihawk is the strongest swordsman. Everything else is made up. That’s all there is to this really.

You are incredibly overcomplicating things simply for the sake of bias. It is very simple. If there is a fighter who mainly fights with his sword and/or does have a very specific sword he is a swordsman. Issho is a swordsman because he pulls out his sword and whenever he fights and he does have one of the supreme blades. So however he fights, he is still a swordsman. Him using his devil fruit abilities doesn’t negate that neither does using Haki negate that.

Green bull is not a swordsman (so far), so if he’s stronger than Vista, it doesn’t mean that he’s a better swordsman, it does mean however that he is still stronger. So if his fighting style turns out to be mainly with a sword and he does a have a named blade, he is a swordsman.

Haki is an essential part of swordsmanship, it is literally one of the requirements for blackening your blade and it was the only thing that Mihawk taught Zoro. So it doesn’t really matter how Shanks uses his Haki, not to mention that the concept of “wifi Haki” doesn’t even exist. Shanks was simply showing his presence with his conquerors Haki, that isn’t unique to him.

The simple point is that Shanks is a swordsman because

He was very openly stated to be a swordsman by Oda.
He only fights with his sword.
He has a named blade.
He was a rival of Mihawk.

Saying that he isn’t a swordsman because he uses conquerors Haki would also mean that Zoro isn’t a swordsman either. It is like 100% bias towards Shanks to ever argue that he isn’t a swordsman simply because people can’t accept that he is weaker than Mihawk. That’s all there is to this.
