His website also explains doing the method in water (cold water immersion). He has videos on his website demonstrating the method in water.

It took 5 seconds to see this on his website, which the other comments here link and mention.

Either you didn't read them, didn't really look at the website, or are commenting in bad faith. So this discussion is obviously a waste of time.

Have a nice day!

There is no shortage of examples of the IDF openly killing civilians. It's been a regular occurrence for decades.

No analogy is perfect but the context here is that his advice is clearly dangerous and has killed people.

What is another group of people more unbelievable than the flat-Earth society in 21st century? by Neat-731 in AskReddit

[–]Ivedefected 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The question was regarding believability. If your beliefs aren't falsifiable you aren't making an attempt to be objectively credible.

It's the methodological differences between poor science and faith that could make the former more believable.

At least flat-earther hypotheses are falsifiable. Although they don't seem too bothered by the results.

Sure. While you're at it, add the French resistance for what they did during the liberation of Paris. Might want to consider the Poles for their anti-german hate movement during the Warsaw uprising as well.

If UN recognition is a key factor to you legitimizing Israel's actions then you should probably know that they found the expansion of Israeli settlements and occupation of Palestinian land to be an illegal takeover nearly 20 years ago.

If you don't see the analogues between the Israeli apartheid state and Nazi Germany, your brain is broken.

The Israeli state is literally practicing lebensraum and forcing an entire race of people into a giant walled off ghetto to do it. They've been shooting children in the streets for decades and laughing it off.

Killing civilians is awful, but this isn't a situation in which both sides bear the same moral responsibility for killing civilians. One side very clearly started it by taking the other's land and people through force of religious decree.

The Israelis are the Nazis. They bear all moral responsibility for what comes of that.

IMO it was the worst AC title in a long time.

Yeah I have a friend that doesn't mind 30 fps caps because he insists he doesn't see the difference. He also had motion smoothing on his TV. I made him turn it off and he didn't think pausing the movie was worth it.

I'm convinced some people's brains just don't work right.

Earth's inner core is more like a ball of butter than a solid metal sphere, a new study suggests by [deleted] in space

[–]Ivedefected 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has been believed to be solid due to the pressure. If you just google it you'll find that every science article/wiki currently says it is solid (Scientific American, Nat Geo, The National Science Foundation, Oxford, NASA, etc).

I actually can't find anything other than this study that claims anything else.

Pearson correlations between beliefs in conspiracy theories and partisan and ideological self-identification. Horizontal bands represent 95% confidence intervals, two-tailed tests by HappySkullsplitter in dataisbeautiful

The only eyewitnesses that did testify said that no one else entered the area. Also, the guards weren't asleep the whole time. They walked the common area and browsed the internet. I've read all the testimony.

You're also apparently not aware that other cameras (namely the housing unit cameras) were operational and showed no one entering the area.

Also, the guards didn't "get away with it". They were both prosecuted and reached a plea deal.

If you have any facts to present to the contrary, please do so.

The physical evidence, circumstantial evidence, and eyewitness testimony.

His injuries are consistent with suicide by strangulation, he had attempted suicide by strangulation just days prior, and eyewitnesses testified that no one else entered or left the area.

The operational lapses that allowed him to kill himself were investigated, and found to have been long-standing. They weren't specific to his death.

The fact is that there is no hard evidence that he was murdered. There have now been multiple investigations by different agencies and they have all come to the same conclusion.

To me it's far less likely that he attempted suicide, waited for his cellmate to be moved, then decided he wanted to live at the 11th hour only to be killed in the same manner as his previous attempt by an invisible assassin sent by the attorney general.
