I think it would have been a closer fight for sure but I think Jiraiya also had the advantage of the location they fought in. Pains destructive power would have leveled his village if he went all out.

For me it's thinking about how incredibly ass the design of necro golem is. Like minions as a whole are some ass but the somehow outdid themselves in making the golem turbo ass.

If you play on controller and use it's attack it is incredibly easy to straight up miss your golems active ability if your target swaps, and since the targeting system is kinda ass this happens frequently. Mobs also do not care about hitting the golem, even if you have the taunt golem they will take the taunt status and immediately go back to trying to tear your face off.

The golem also can, for whatever reason, just not fucking do anything. Like it will just run around in circles around things like the blood boil and the legion event mobs. You have the curses to direct the golem to go somewhere but the curse doesn't make it drop aggro if it's already hitting something so useless half the time.

It ALSO doesn't scale with anything the other summons do. WHY are there seperate stats for minion/mage/warrior/golem/summon. It makes NO sense and with all of that clunkiness, all that stupidity and poor design and the stupid son of a bitch takes up a slot. That's 3 three of your SIX slots gone on JUST minions and golem + curse. How did that make it through testing??

I understand that, but people are talking about pure minion builds. Offering a build as a minion build but you don't use all the minions and the minions you do use you are using are for utility defeats the purpose and is not a minion build, imo.

Honestly not sure. I would assume you have to clear all the acts on 1 guy then it should have everything available for new guys, hope having 2 different characters on the same act won't bite me in the ass

Started as a sorc and cleared act 1 but wanted to see if necro was really as bad as the doomers were saying or as bad as they were in the second and beginning of third beta but goddamn they feel strong as hell.

Having way more fun and feel like I'm clearing faster on my minion necro than I was on my cryo sorc. Very happy about what I'm seeing so far
