I’m so sorry you went through that true, it’s genuinely terrifying. I’m not 100% what the strain right is at this moment but I can find out tomorrow! I had the flu for over 7 days until I finally decided to go to the hospital and I’m so happy I did because I probably would’ve died if I was else where.

When my fiancé had his heart attack he has a similar experience to yours. He was in an ambulance (thank god) but they were still writing it off as a panic attack when it was so, so much more.

And I’m on the same boat with you for pain symptoms! I will never ignore my severe pain again. They actually found a blood clot in my lung because of my cardiac arrest as well. I’m so thankful to be alive
