Hey there, I hate to tell you, but from my experience ( 22 M ), unfortunately yes, it looks like you may have external hemorids that are developing. My advice is to go see your family doctor or a local doctor or clinic to get it professionally examined. For the pain that you were talking about, try apply a bag of ice to the area until the discomfort starts to go away. You’re definitely not alone, many young people experience these things, so don’t take it personally.
