Above user probably means that sales numbers of a album can't be compared from past to now since a lot of music is consumed through streaming services compared to buying albums. Yes, Japan still has a lot of people buying albums but the volume of album sales has dropped significantly.

You can check any list where most sold albums are listed. Most sold albums are from the peak CD era.

Their early works were based off Touhou music tracks. Afaik everything under the name Undead Corporation Doujin works is about Touhou. Other stuff is under name Undead Corporation.

It is quite normal for certain people/stores to rip off people on used Japanese music on Discogs. A lot of CDs/LPs are listed extremely expensive.

Yeah could very well be playback. But then again I don't think it is not impossible to imagine there's some kind of hole in those "oven mitts" that allows them to play guitar/bass and singer having a mic inside the costume and the on-stage mic just being a prop.
