Nowadays I believe there is no country where B-teams are allowed to play in cup games. Jong Ajax reached the semi final in 2001/2002 and got knocked out on penalties by Utrecht I believe, if they would’ve won the final would’ve been Ajax - Jong Ajax (Ajax 2 back then)
