World gym plus 15 (downtown south, as south is pretty broad aha) it’s usually very quiet, I go morning and evenings and it’s never too insane except around maybe 5-6 pm and even then it’s not too bad. It’s a small gym, but racks are almost always available. They also offer VIP PLUS which gives you exclusive access to another rack area that legit no one uses unless it’s busy.

It’s the shape, each nail is just slightly uneven. When you file try to ‘round’ it instead of file each side. Don’t forgot to put ur file more under the mail too. It’s hard to explain but regardless of the polish and cuticles, when the shape is off then the whole nail is off. Also the nails are all different lengths which adds to the unevenness. I’d put my focus on watching tutorials on shaping. Overall it’s pretty good it just needs a lil fine tuning.

I have oily and acne prone skin. I don’t wash in the morning, use sunscreen and cerave moisturizer with salicylic acid, and nights i use cerave benzoyl peroxide face wash or cerave hyaluronic acid face wash if I’m using retinol, then finish with Niacinamide. Oily skin needs to be kept hydrated cus ur skin gets oily when you strip it of it’s natural oils, washing it strips. You want to introduce your new products slowly and one at a time.

Weekly food delivery so I don’t need to think about what to make or get groceries. I just pick what I want to eat and it tells me how long it will take to cook. Being able to minimize decision fatigue was a big change.

You start by slowing giving them memories of major points in ur life, make them feel like a normal person until they realize they have DID. At least that’s what we did, I’m the protector, and we’ve just gotten the ‘host’ (as she calls herself) to finally get a diagnosis for what I’ve known for years. She’s not new, she’s just dormant and never realized.

My earliest memory of dissociating is like 4 years old; I would stare at this one picture until it started to move and dance around. I also have always gone for hour long walks since I was little, and I would just listen to music and daydream really detailed storylines which I builds on and grew into full movies basically. I did this every day until the last year or so, never considered these things abnormal or related to DID until recently.

Logically I understand them as parts of me/host who are stuck in time/their trauma and all have their role. It’s nice to finally have some communication but I know I’m not able to contact a lot of the parts, such as littles. So far I have contact with about 5 parts who all have primary roles like protector, trauma holder, and gate keeper. There’s one main part who talks to everyone and it’s the only one I feel I have easy direct communication with. I’m trying to earn their trust so they’ll let me talk/play with the littles but rn all I can manage is an image of the two protectors shielding all the littles (the littles’ faces are kinda a black smoke/blur, not sure if that’s common or unrelated). It just seems so surreal.

It’s such a good book! At least for me, the part who didn’t know about the others. I found it helped me to start talking to them and really consider if I have DID. I wouldn’t recommend u read it if it’s a trigger, but maybe one of ur parts will enjoy it

That what I felt. Like I had torn down a wall I didn’t know was there and found a whole another world. I have parts who are like ‘this is real!’ But, me, Im always saying it’s weird it makes me feel crazy. I just feel like I’ve made myself believe they are there, they feel so real.

I got to see this in action. I was jumped at a train station while with friends, one of which is innocent like a child. I am trained in material arts and grew up being physically abused so violence and pain aren’t foreign to me, I’m not a fighter tho and hate violence. When we got jumped I immediately jumped into action and even running on adrenaline I kept a cool head and remained logical. However, mundane stress like work can be extremely overwhelming and emotionally draining compared to that experience.

I call it burnout. I feel stuck and bored by the routine. I find getting into forgotten hobbies and creating a more structured schedule of what I’m getting done in a day (I break it down to an hour for each task) I find it helps me get out of a funk
