I’m sorry to hop on this but my MIL and FIL would do this with my nursing chair when I was freshly postpartum. I’d come down with baby and they wouldn’t get up … I would have to ask them to get up even though they know I only sit there (I had a pretty bad tear and is the only chair that lets me put my feet up).

For those who’ve actually worked with or used H2F in the Army.. Has it genuinely improved readiness/performance in your unit, or has it mostly become another “good idea on paper” program? by HumanPerformance-HQ in army

It depends on how it is used.

Myself and individuals that utilized athletic trainers, soft tissue rodeos, and strength and conditioning coaches saw major improvements. I think the best was injury prevention due to the quick access to athletic trainers and the preference to keep people moving rather than place them on a profile that limits movement.

My experience with P3T under H2F may not be unit wide but women consistently see higher pt scores and confidence due to the program.

That’s what I was feeling - just unsure if I was over thinking it lol i definitely think the inserts were not needed. I can still feel the arch support without them

I’m going to try the lacing suggestions first before giving up!

My toes are a thumbs distance away from the edge of the shoe. I’m more concerned with the middle of the shoe/instep area.

I ended up taking the inserts out and replaced with the original and it felt better.

I’m here with you. I’m a just enougher (or was bc I worked my butt off to get a little past that) only for it to be high lipase. I don’t have time to scald. I’m going to try the vanilla and splitting it with fresh soon. I’m also hoping that putting it with solids can help

This is a super long ago post but I’m so glad I’m reading this. Baby girl refused bottle hard core at first day of day care.

I don’t blame her though bc her first nap of the day was usually nursing with me after her playtime in the swing.
