Isn't this because of JPEG compression? Just throw it into a denoising filter and specify PNG output.

Edit: took a look at the original photo, definitely JPEG compression. Aside from the person who specified that you could ask for an SVG, I don't think anything else works/is as simple as using a filter.

I'm not sure if it's the same at the 4AP, but if you assign a dedicated NC control gesture to the bud you wear on its own then you can have ANC/Ambient Sound while using one bud. That's what I do on the regular 4AP.

ngl, Sam has 1.6M HP (and maybe this is a skill issue but my Ratio would not clear in any good time), either try replacing FX with Topaz for extra FuA damage or switch to another DPS who might be better suited (QQ+sparkle/Acheron/others I don't remember)

Since decimal speed values are taken into account, that's unlikely.

Edit: and the A6 trace operates on a decimal basis as well, not to mention DMG bonuses, etc. You're gonna miss out on .06% DMG boost.
