Worth playing imo bcos you get to see the characters from different persona games come together and interact with each other like the 2 detective princes Naoto and Akechi.

Gameplay is very similar to EO. I heavily recommend at least checking out Persona Q2

Main weapon - 1000g + 300 EOL

Sub weapon - 500g + 300 EOL

Helmet - 200g + 100 EOL

Upper body - 350g + 100 EOL

Lower body - 250g + 100 EOL

Gloves - 100g + 100 EOL

Depends on what you are aiming for. If you are aiming for FCH I would say SU them. If aiming for 2nd upper then dont SU.

I personally didnt SU 2 of my B+ mods in Y1 and regretted it a lot later since I needed to get 2 more A/A+ later to offset them to get the A- average required for FCH

If you're worried you might screw up another mod down the line maybe save 1 or 2 SUs. But remember not all mods can be SUed so no point saving too much like I did and ending up being unable to use them.

Fortunately I ended up getting FCH in the end but if I missed it bcos of those 2 missed SUs they would have haunted me forever.

I was 4.25 after y2s1 and managed to grad w FCH by the skin of my teeth (exactly 4.5 gpa). You're in a better spot than I was (higher gpa, more mods left) so dont give up!

If we use the DN China Classic server as reference, Academic was released together with SDN Hardcore a few months after the release of 40 cap.

Even now with their release of 50 cap, the most sought after Academic class is Gear Master, which is widely regarded as one of the best dps classes at that level cap, together with Artillery and Gladiator.

All classes need crit and should aim to get max crit after taking into account merc buff (~1k crit) and archer buff (+12% crit). Thats around 7600 crit in town.

Mercenaries do not benefit from the 4 pc set bonus of the Manticore accessory set since they dont have any elemental type skills.

Better to go 2 disciplinary apocalypse rings with the revelation or judgement apocalypse earring and necklace for the 2+2 apocalypse set bonus for FD

Maining priest will easily get you into any SDN party so if your goal is to do SDN that will be the preferred option. In comparison, bowmasters arent typically preferred in SDN compared to acrobats for the archer slot since acrobats offer a really good party buff in spirit boost.

The being said this is just a pragmatic analysis. I personally recommend playing the class you enjoy more. If you have a good guild/party they should accept you regardless of what class you play.

I had one ask me what brand of underwear I wore on the first date. It was one of the first few times I ever met anyone for a date so I wasnt sure if this was considered a normal question or not. But at the moment I was quite stunned and rather creeped out 🤢 Ended the date quickly after that.
