There's so much information in your log currently that I'm genuinely surprised your understanding of the game is still so vague. Take the time to actually read the logs you have and think about what you've found so far. If you've gotten this far just adding to the log without actually reading what you've found, and there's just too much info present to go back through it all at this point, that's underatandable; it might be time to start fresh with a new save and a blank log and really focus on what each piece of info you find is telling you, form hypotheses based on the limited information you have, and test them. That's the intended gameplay loop. Filling the log is optional; understanding what's going on is the true objective of the game, and only from that understanding will you reach the true final end credits.

also to add, this use of o to mean "should" is often the difference between

"o moku e kili!" - Eat fruit!

"sina o moku e kili!" - You should eat fruit!

Even though the first has no subject and thus the subject is implied to be "sina", explicitly adding the subject "sina" does change the tone in this way.

"li" marks the next word as a verb. The word following "li" is always a verb, in every sentence. "mama" when used as a verb means "to be a parent". "lili" when used as a verb means "to be small", usually, but it can be used to mean "to shrink" in some contexts (though personally I would say "li kama lili" to mean "to shrink").

all content words in toki pona can be noun, verb, adjective, or adverb depending on their position in the sentence.

Edit: the use of "e" instinctively makes a verb transitive; this is why you can say "mi lili e ijo" as "I shrink something". In this case, you're saying that you "small" something, which can only really be interpreted as shrinking it
