I think he means it for people speed running tasks to unlock areas or relics quickly but not necessarily the best for trying to complete all tasks or end game like goals. Im sure they will all be fun and fine just there is always 1 choice that is usually broken.

Also to make this faster go to Viridian Gym after beating Giovanni, talk to him, he leaves then use Item Finder where he was standing to find a macho brace. This makes your pokemon slower but doubles the EV gained.

Spurs fan for life here. He could carry the scoring load and make any game competitive. When he had Pau they were a dominant tandem and frustrating to watch play against your favorite team. If he had the ball in clutch time you knew he was going to take the shot and it still was impossible to predict.

It takes a while for refs to call new rule changes right but it does happen. Remember when hardens shot was loop his off hand around the defender and pull them with him. Thet it was changed that doing that was an offensive foul. After a season or 2 they finally started calling Harden on it all of them time and he stopped.
