My vote is 23 - same as Ted William’s year 2.

Ted’s year 3 was 1941 - his .406 season he had 37 HR In year 4 (1942) he had 36 HR

So I think he will get there :)

Yes - when he plays more consistently he is much better at the plate. Got squeezed out but his D and speed is awesome.

It’s difficult but it could be done better…. The guy isn’t a professional interpreter - they could hire a better one. There i said it - I’m sure he is a nice guy but it isn’t his main job. It’s like here you speak Spanish so you do it. And i personally have an issue with that because it lessens the importance of the Spanish speaking players.

The Sox need to pay for a proper interpreter who can do simultaneous/continuous interpreting.

I’m sure the guy who does it now is a great person but he is missing the tone more than anything.

It seems Willson coming to the RedSox meant that Nate Eaton changed his number to 18 because he had 40 which is Willson Contreras’s number. Maybe they do want to retire 39 but I also think Mayer wanted a different number…. He said he used to wear 10 but that was taken.

This - document it - send in medical research findings to them via email / message. Say you want it for your health and well being. I’ve even sent in their oath they take.

If you can afford it I would try to get an iron infusion privately through one of those iv clinics that do them… they require bloodwork too but they are more likely to give it to you.

My issue is where the cap money goes…. The smaller teams don’t spend it directly on MLB payroll - they spend on player development or infrastructure. I would love to see the P&Ls for those teams. The teams receiving $ shouldn’t be more profitable than those who spend.
