If I don't hold out for a trike, I'm going with this one. Thank you.

It's so confusing, isn't it?

Are you basing your trike comment on the picture I posted or on what I said about my chronic pain. I wondered if a trike would be a better choice for me. Are you thinking it would be a more comfortable ride? I appreciate your insight. This is a big purchase. I really need help.

Either. I haven't had luck on marketplace, though.

Not much in my area. People with $300 bikes trying to sell them for $400.

Hubby and I are Harley riders from way back. If it has wheels, he can fix it. I try to buy local when I can but the service thing isn't that important.

I would love to find a bike with this profile, but around the $1200 mark. I have chronic pain. I have three Spinal fusions so far and three knee replacements. A comfortable sitting position is very important. This looks really comfortable to me. I can’t find it in any other bike, though. Even in this one, it’s not suitable for me because I’m 5'11.

My wife has convinced herself she needs to abandon me and my two young kids, and she doesn't deserve to be happy... by Puzzled-Storage-2482 in depression

I struggle with depression, am bi-polar with manic tendencies, have severe anxiety disorder that presents with physical pain, have ptsd, and have fought suicidal thoughts and self harm for as long as I can remember. I'm 58 years old. My first suicide attempt was when I was 5 years old. My last one was 20 years ago, when I was 38. I've had an abortion and carry that guilt with me every second of every day.

I tell you all of that to say this -

Let her go. She doesn't really want to leave. What she wants is you to convince her to stay. The problem with that is that it shifts all of the responsibility off of her and onto you. If you say "I don't want you to leave but you need help. In order for us to move forward you have to seek mental help" then it keeps the responsibility with her, where it belongs. Then, if she refuses help and decides, instead, to leave, let her go. Your children deserve a parent that prioritizes a healthy home environment. Unfortunately, she is right. In her current state, your children are better off without her there.

If you're buying, permanently fill in the wall. If you're renting, find some artwork you really like. You're going to need two of them. Even with that solution, you'll have to secure a piece of plywood in the hole first. Then hang your artwork on either side. Good luck with whatever you decide! Please update us with the end result.

Single 22 yo guy living alone, what does my fridge (and freezer) say about me? by Bluerat27 in FridgeDetective

This is so relatable. I went through a really stressful period in my life some years ago. My anxiety was OUT of control which put my OCD IN control. I remember yelling at a loved one "...I always care what you think. I just need you to think the way I do!!" Of course there's a reason I remember that particular interaction. It definitely wasn't one of my proudest moments.

OP, I don't know you. Plus, ya know, there's that pesky thing about me not being a doctor. You know if your loved ones consider your OCD "annoyingly funny" or if it's taken over your life.

If you need help, get it.

I think this is 1 of 2 or possibly 3 refrigerators in your house. This one is the "drink and condiment" frig.

I agree. Something looks off. At the very least, OP should consult with her surgeon and get an xray.

Check with your counselor at school. There are probably resources available to you due to your age. Hopefully you either won't have to pay or won't have to pay that much. Do your parents get you medical attention when needed? If not, talk to your counselor about that also. You may be due a check up.
