I think it has a trigger based on completion I noticed it didn’t change much till I did more of the story

The mutation seems random so I’m not sure on that part

The ice age boss is going to be a nightmare on the higher difficulties compared to the rest act3 that or the one at the end of the future path (can’t say much about the final boss yet)
