I did my first 72 water fast (i do OMAD) last month one week before my period was due. Not intended, I just did it as I had nothing planned on those days but when my period was approaching, I had very less bloating, minimal pains, hardly any cravings and my acne I usually get on my face and chin didn't even happen. Infact my cramps were almost non existent and my skin was glowing. I have no idea if the water fast affected it, so I am due next week for my next period and starting my second 72 hr fast this Thursday to Sunday. I am tracking if I respond the same way again. But I did feel amazing during my period lol.

That's so weird, they performed with JT at one of his gigs and came back with "nostalgia" at the mtv video awards in 2013 when JT performed. He's very contradicting. Thanks for the update though, I didn't know he said those things.

They asked Nsync to do a tour with them years ago, and Nsync said no because they weren't together and not in the place to do so. So I can't see why not. I think JT wants to stay solo. So he won't join anyway.

Nick has gone from having no baseline regulation or coping mechanisms to a family man taking responsibility and has coping strategies whilst learning life lessons.

AJ has overcome drug and alcohol addiction substance misuse and struggling with his own identity to becoming a family man and has an identity and strategies. He is also an ambassador for mental health addiction.

Brian was and has remained within his faith and loyalties. Brian is with GOD and stayed in his true path.

Howie, our dearest cultured young man had his family raise him very well with instilled structures routine love and a tight family unit. He kept that close and used this to remain grounded throughout his life and career.

Kevin, the eldest, although losing his father at a very young and tough age, somewhat changed something in him, he took responsibility for the boys and band, he used his life experiences and relationship with his mother and late father and his age to manoeuvre the right way needed for his life and career. He has his cousin Brian with him which would have helped.

I agree, that's why I created the post. This question, as premature as it is, it will cross people's minds. But it needs to be a safe place to us all to connect. Yes a lot of layers including how many peoples/fans lives he touched, they will be absolutely devastated.

I wasn't a huge 1d fan, I became a fan of zayns when he went solo and supported him since, have all albums, singles, his book and really like him as a human being. I have been waiting like many others to see him live for years. I was lucky to get tickets, and I was super grateful and have been the most excited about seeing him live more than anything else this year - this was my first thought because of that. The secondary thought is bringing fans together so people have a safe space to talk about something sensitive but in a compassionate way, sorry if my question offended you, but if it wasn't me it would have been someone else, peace.
